Accommodation for data center construction crews in Sweden (2026)
Sweden is building data centers at record pace – and every site needs dozens of beds near the build, for months at a time, on a project budget.
Where Sweden is building
Major projects are underway or planned across the country: a data center campus of up to one gigawatt on the Skellefteå battery-plant site, EcoDataCenter's expansion in Borlänge, Microsoft's build-out in Gävle, Sandviken and Staffanstorp, AWS expanding in Eskilstuna, Västerås and Katrineholm, and a large AI data center planned in Strängnäs. On top of that come the industrial giants of the north – Boden, Luleå and Kiruna.
What a build crew actually needs
Dozens of beds within a sensible commute of the site, twin rooms or private bedrooms depending on budget, parking for vans, fast Wi-Fi and laundry. Accommodation has to scale with project phases – a small advance team first, the full MEP crew at peak, then back down. One contract and one invoice for the whole arrangement.
What it costs
Typically 25–30 € per bedroom per night: 25–30 € per person in a private bedroom, or 12.5–15 € per person in a shared twin room. The price is all-inclusive – furniture, bed linen, electricity, water, heating, Wi-Fi and parking – so a per-person, per-night budget holds for the whole project.
Erikois Apartments houses crews anywhere in Sweden, Finland and Estonia. Tell us the site and headcount – you'll get a proposal the same day, weekends included.
